Order was cancelled before 24 hrs of the delivery timing .
Order was not delivered to the recipient . ( This does not include the absence of the recipient on the given address )
If you found any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered , firstly we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true , the product will be replaced or customer will get the full refund.
We Cake house only have rights to decide for refund in case of service failure or other reasons . Our team will evaluate if an order is eligible for a refund or not as their decision will be final .
Any extra amount credited to cake house account may be considered for
product enhancement and will not be refunded .
In case of cancellation , 10% charge will be applicable .
Any discounted amount can not be claimed for refund .
