  1. Any cancellations to the order shall be made before 24 hours of the actual time of delivery to claim of the paid amount.
  2. Cancellation will be only made after we get formal order cancellation from your end at care.cakehouseonline@gmail.com
  3. Cancellation of order should be made with the subject on mail – “
    Cancellation Request “ . Mail should contain followings :

    • Order id
    • Reason for cancellation
  4. Following conditions for refund
    • Order was cancelled before 24 hrs of the delivery timing .
    • Order was not delivered to the recipient . ( This does not include the absence of the recipient on the given address )
    • If you found any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered , firstly we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true , the product will be replaced or customer will get the full refund.
    • We Cake house only have rights to decide for refund in case of service failure or other reasons . Our team will evaluate if an order is eligible for a refund or not as their decision will be final .
  5. Any extra amount credited to cake house account may be considered for
    product enhancement and will not be refunded .
  6. In case of cancellation , 10% charge will be applicable .
  7. Any discounted amount can not be claimed for refund .
  8. We CAKE HOUSE may modify the cancellation and refund policy , if we make any changes in the way , firstly we will use our personal information and notify you by mail , phone or on the website .
